Growing the whole child in every child
Inspired by the life of Christ, children enable a radically inclusive and loved filled community that recognises ‘we may be different on the outside, but inside we are all the same’.
As a result of the community’s understanding of it’s core values of love, faith and hope, the mission of growing the whole child in every child is fully lived out at Bucklebury. Leaders ensure that the school remains ever restless in its demand that every child must flourish in mind, body and spirit.
This inclusive culture enables every child to lead their own learning, support one another and celebrate both their own, and each other's, successes. The school provides an extensive range of opportunities from EYFS to Year 6. Independence, a clear sense of right and wrong and service mark the Bucklebury pupil. Children make a very significant leadership contribution to the school family.
The school ensures it knows every child, enabling personalised provision that is exceptionally delivered. As a result, children flourish in mind, body and spirit and go on to secondary education ready to thrive and make a significant contribution.
The strength of the school is underpinned by all adults who ensure that the mission is stretched up from the roots of the trust deed, through how the school works and ultimately infuses every child.
We are blessed with well maintained grounds, great staff and a hugely supportive parent body.
Together, we provide the best primary school experiences a child can have.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. 1 Corinthians 13
